Q. What is included in the price for a night?

A. The room with all facilities incl. water, electricity, Wifi. Breakfast and laundry also included, as well as our internet workstations downstairs if needed.

Q. What are check-in and checkout times?

A. checkin time: 2pm or 14:00
checkout time: 11:45am
extended hours can be obtained, ask our management

Q. Is there a lock-out?

|
A. gate closing at 11pm or 23:00, opening at 6am.
If door closed, please ring the bell.

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?

A. cash in local currency VND, USD or EUR.
Other currencies also accepted, with updated exchange rate on the day of payment.
Credit cards and paypal also accepted with 4% charge.

Q. Are there parking facilities available?

A. parking for guests is limited, but can be arranged for long term-customers.
